Thank you for considering Happy Kids Schools, Ghana for your child. Kindly note that for admissions, we only communicate with parents or legal guardians. For children in the care of other adults, we require a letter of authorisation allowing the adult to act on behalf of the child.

At the Office of Admissions in Accra or Dawhenya, pick up and fill an application form. The following information must be brought along.
- Birth certificate of child.
- Medical report detailing any allergies or health issues.
- Weighing card for children up to 5 years.
- National ID of parent -Ghana card or passport.
- An official copy of previous school reports. A minimum of 2 terms is required.
Each student must be assessed before an offer of acceptance can be made. Assessments take different formats in person and in the school - written tests, oral examinations and playtime.
Assessments usually take place during the vacation periods.
All information regarding assessment will be communicated during the application process.
After the assessment, results and recommendations are reviewed and confirmed by the Academic Board.
Parents and guardians will be notified of the results.
Once the offer of acceptance has been made, parents and guardians are required to pay the appropriate fees through appropriate channels which will be communicated by the Office of Admissions.
NB: All fees must be paid through the bank or with Mobile Money. No cash is accepted on the school's premises.

- Harassment policy
The school periodically runs Introductory Sessions to introduce all new students to the staff and students.
